Purpose of this notice
Kyoto Horticultural Base is intended to be read, explored, and used as a reference for comparing local growing conditions in Kyoto with your own experience. This page explains how material published on this site may and may not be reused.

Personal use and ordinary sharing
You may read and use this site for personal purposes, link to its pages, use its published graphs and measurements as context in your own AI conversations, and make ordinary personal notes or screenshots for your own use. Brief quotations or small extracts may be used with clear attribution to Kyoto Horticultural Base and a link to the relevant page, where permitted by applicable law.
Commercial reuse, copying, and site cloning

Environmental measurements and datasets
The environmental measurements published here are local observations from one point in Fushimi, Kyoto. Individual measured facts may not be protected by copyright in every jurisdiction. Kyoto Horticultural Base’s compiled files, graphs, selection and presentation of information, explanatory text, and software are separate from those individual facts and remain subject to the rights and use conditions that apply to them.
You may use the published measurements for personal comparison, non-commercial discussion, and as context in your own AI conversations. Systematic collection, bulk downloading, substantial republication, resale, or incorporation of the dataset or a substantial part of it into another service or commercial product requires prior written permission from the site operator.
AI use and automated collection
Kyoto Horticultural Base encourages visitors to use the site’s prepared prompts, graphs, and measurements in their own AI conversations for personal and non-commercial purposes. This permission does not include automated scraping or extraction for model-training datasets, commercial AI products, data brokerage, or another commercial service. Ordinary search-engine indexing is not intended to be restricted by this notice.
Kyoto Horticultural Base name and identity
The Kyoto Horticultural Base name, visual identity, and site presentation must not be used in a way that falsely suggests that another website, service, product, publication, or account is operated by, affiliated with, or endorsed by Kyoto Horticultural Base.
Third-party material
Third-party software, libraries, trademarks, linked content, and other third-party material, where used, remain subject to the rights and licenses of their respective owners. This notice does not claim ownership of third-party material or override its applicable license terms.
Analytics and privacy
Kyoto Horticultural Base uses Google Analytics 4 to understand general use of the site, such as page views, device types, and approximate geographic region. The site uses region-specific Google Consent Mode settings and does not display an analytics consent pop-up.
Analytics storage is denied by default for visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland. For visitors in other regions, analytics storage is enabled. Advertising-related storage, ad user data, and ad personalization remain denied for all visitors.
Google processes analytics information under its own terms and privacy policies. Kyoto Horticultural Base does not use Google Analytics for advertising personalization.
Permission for other uses
Commercial reuse or any other use outside the conditions described above requires prior written permission from the site operator. If permission has not been granted, please do not proceed with that use.
